路亚龙,男,博士(后),副教授,研究生导师20216月获食品化学博士学位,硕博连读期间受CSC资助赴美国麻省大学(University of Massachusetts Amherst)联合培养。20217月进入澳门新葡萄新京888.not工作,202212月破格晋升为副教授。

西部果品资源高值利用教育部工程研究中心、陕西省食品绿色加工与安全控制工程实验室骨干成员,主要从事食品分子营养与代谢(涉及动物、细胞、多组学测序分析等)、果蔬微生物发酵与加工等方面的基础和应用研究。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金(站中)特别资助项目、中央引导地方科技发展专项资金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、陕西省重点研发计划项目陕西省博士后项目、企业横向等项目8项。参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等国家级项目8项,其他省部级项目多合作获得陕西省高等学校科技进步二等奖1项。在Molecular Nutrition & Food ResearchFood ChemistryFood Research InternationalSCI期刊发表论文20余篇,担任多个期刊审稿人;申请国家发明专利5(授权2项);主编/副主编出版教材2部。

指导学生完成中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛、澳门新葡萄新京888.not勤助科研重点项目、勤助实践项目等。
